When will my balloon arrive?

When you order balloons online for delivery, we do our best to ensure your purchase is processed and delivered in a timely manner. Our parcels are on delivered during business hours, so if you’re not home to receive your order during this period, we suggest you provide a work address as your delivery location,alternatively  you could leave us authority to leave your order at a secure place . How long will my balloons float with helium?

When kept in a neutral-temperature environment, our helium latex balloons will float for approximately 12 . If you needed them to last longer, they could be treated with HI FLOAT AT AN EXTRA CHARGE and pending on temperature could last 2-3 days. Foil balloons could last for 4-7 days!

Helium doesn’t cope well in cold environments, so to avoid reducing the lifespan of your chosen set of balloons, make sure that you don’t leave them in your car or garage overnight, as this will cause them to deflate. How much helium do balloons need? 

It all depends on the type of balloon you select and how filled you’d like it to be. Generally speaking, 30cm balloons require around 8 cubic feet of helium — a non-toxic gas that is lighter than air. Our collection of latex balloons need around 15 cubic feet of helium, which is equivalent to one F50 canister. If you order and buy balloons online from our store, we also offer foiled options that are filled with helium and will float perfectly for around 8 to 10 days.
