Return policy
Item(s) need to be returned within 3 days of purchase; unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition (The costume packaging and branded show box are as important as the costumes themselves. We can only accept items back for a return if they are sent in their original packaging).

Please note that refund amount applies to product(s) purchased only, any shipping costs are not refunded.
If you have received a damaged or fault product, we are happy to fix it up for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team so we can send you a replacement item right away and make arrangements to get the faulty product back to us.

Please choose carefully if you’re purchasing any of these products, as we can’t offer a refund for:
  • Clearance items*
  • Inflatable & Piggyback/Ride-On Costumes
  • Consumables like Make-up, Fake Blood, Hats, Wigs, Beards, Moustaches, Eyebrows, Eyelashes or any other Artificial Hair Item, Teeth, Noses, or any other Prosthetic Special Effects items
  • Undergarments including stockings
  • We will not accept return of products with any make-up marks, fake tan marks or other forms of body make-up transferred onto the product. This includes products which have been tainted by body odours, body lotions, fragrances, deodorants or perfumes.
